BUZZ

On saturday 23rd I walked 10 MILES to raise money for the Breast Cancer Care charity. It is one of the most momentous events of my life and such a huge achievement.

I am so proud that I managed it. What with all my problems too.... like the ankle if mine that just wont heal and I am awaiting physiotherapy for. Not to mention my natural clumsiness.... but guess what?! I didnt fall once! And if u know me, u'll know what a wonderful achievement that is! lol

And to make that last achievement even more amazing is the fact that we were going up and down hills in the Derbyshire countryside, where it had been raining solidly for a week and all the tracks were just rivers of mud. Not to mention that in the last 2 miles of the walk my ankle wasnt workin and we had to endure torrential rain.

But the views were magnificent and the sense of accomplishment I had was... wow. :-)

I really cant believe I managed it. And for such a good cause too. hopefully next year more of you will join in, InshAllah.

I hope to see more names up there, donating and helping!
