I wanted to share this with you guys - where is the media furore over this??? cos if he had been brown or a Muslim.... God help him, he'd have been slaughtered by the media by now and been assumed guilty as charged even before his trial:

AN EX-BRITISH NATIONAL Party candidate accused of bomb-making wanted to shoot the Prime Minister, a court has heard.

Robert Cottage, 49, from Colne, Lancashire, collected an array of chemicals, ball-bearings and instructions on how to make a bomb.

Cottage’s wife told Manchester Crown he often boasted of wanting to shoot Mr Blair and Lib Dem peer Lord Greaves.

Cottage initially pleaded not guilty to possession of explosives, but changed his plea to guilty at the start of the trial on Monday.

His barrister, Alistair Webster QC, said this change in plea was made on the basis that the explosives were designed to deter attacks on his property rather than cause serious injury.

However the court heard details of substantial amounts of explosives and other material found at Cottage’s house.

He paid £400 to buy 21 chemicals over the internet to make explosive devices and also collected crossbows, air pistols, ammunition and a nuclear protection suit.
