life as i know it

Its weird and wonderful - I have now spent some time with my classes at my Initial placement and I have to say, I am Loving it. (SO far so good!) I just hope and pray it keeps going as well Insha'allah and that I do well in every aspect.

At this stage I feel fairly hopeful that I will do well and be a good teacher -I feel full of ideas and seem to be connecting well with the kids and they are actually listening to me and obeying me, which is fab! :-)

Gotta start lesson planning and actually take charge and teach now - feel a bit nervous but more excited than anything. Wanna plan the best lessons for these kids so that they feel excited coming to my lessons - and so they leave having learnt not only what they need but feeling like they have achieved something worthwhile.

I hope to God I succeed. (soooooooooooooooo excited!)
