story

This is the story of how I was sleeping all nice and cosy in my bed in my new flat last night - I was completely wiped out, tired beyond belief and having achieved only some of what I had wanted to do. I.e. the flat still has not been cleaned top to bottom!

Anyways, so I was asleep when something wakes me up - now I am a deep sleeper and it takes a lot to wake me. I wasnt sure why I had woken up, was it sound? What? It took me some seconds to wrench my eyes open (hey! Sleep is what I love!) and then I heard it again. Knocking, loud knocking on the door.

My first thought was "there's a fire and someone is going to inform me really politely about it!" lol It did occur to me, somewhat vaguely, that if there was indeed a fire someone would just have rung the fire alarm -but I'm not my brightest when I have just woken up. My second thought was hijab (hey! I was sleeping) and.... anyway, I wrapped a shawl round myself and trudged to the door, yanking it open.

Instead of finding security or firemen or someone who worked there.... instead I find this BIG black dude, dressed in black not a foot opposite me. I think I just blinked at him. lol

What I got was "oh - musta got the wrong flat!?" D'ya think so??????????!?!?!?!!
And saying that he walks away.

So I ran back to my bed - and thought to check the time. 4.30am. 4.30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How dare someone wake me up at such a time?! If I chave to wake myself up, thats fine - u know, for Fajr etc but I needed my sleep!!!!! I wanted to go punch the guy! lol

SO...... eventful night

Altho I did finally manage to fall back asleep!
