what goes aorund....

A lot of my job involved answering the phone and talking to people. And eventually reality kicks in and lets you know... most people are stupid. On top of which, most people do not know how to converse over the telephone or be able to convey the simplest of messages verbally. Why is that?

Its not that complicated. You have some excuse if English is not your first language... as it is for many of the people I talk to. Still, and I'm sorry for being snobby or evil or mean about this, but could u please just learn English properly?!?!?

You do live in this country after all. It is the language we speak here. To communicate effectively (if at all) with us you should learn it. At least well enough so you can understand what I'm saying and vice versa.

I find it extremely aggravating and annoying that people often live in this country for years and decades and dont feel the need to learn the language proficiently. Whats wrong with you!??!
